Government Projects We have been successfully running the Government advised- DDUGKY Project since, June 2018. Pelican has been empaneled by Punjab Skill Development Mission and the Project has been sanctioned under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) scheme. It is a placement-linked project (PVR Cinemas, Haldirams, Super donuts, Sindhi Sweets, in which the organization will not only skill the beneficiaries but also ensure that they obtain employment in the organized sector. With an ambitious agenda to benchmark wage placement linked programs to global standards, with relentless effort, team Pelican has trained 315 candidates within a year.
