The Himachal Pradesh Skill Development Project (HPSDP) is an Asian Development Bank (ADB) supported program, for assistance to reinforce Himachal Pradesh’s efforts at modernizing and reforming its technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions and scaling up training capacity.
